Bought Bow:
Time from top of flight to bottom: 2.04 s
Acceleration = -10 m/s/s
Vi = 0 m/s

Now you need to use kinematics to find the distance it traveled upwards and its Vf before it hits the ground.

Bought Bow:
Vf = Vi + a (t)
Vf = 0 + -10 (2.04)
Vf = -20.4 m/s

Displacement = .5 (a) ((t)(t) + Vi (t)
DIsplacement = .5 (-10) ((2.04)(2.04)) + 0 (2.04)
Displacement = -20.808 m

Made Bow:
Vf = Vi + a (t)
Vf = 0 + -10 (1.86)
Vf = -18.6 m/s

Displacement = .5 a ((t)(t)) + Vi (t)
Displacement = .5 (-10) ((1.86)(1.86)) + 0 (1.86)
Displacement = -17.298 m

Conclusion
The Bow we bought was better.
